Service Description

Don’t shoot the messenger! You have an amazing muscle in your body that is easy to pick on, but it deserves a round of applause. Not only is it the only muscle that connects your upper body to your lower body and deeply connected to the nervous system, but it also has a tendency to do the job of other muscles. Join Chloe in this 2 hour workshop and dive into this deep core muscle to give the psoas the love and attention it deserves. Experience the before and after feeling in your body as we explore each move with intention. You will absolutely walk out differently than you walked in! All sizes and abilities welcome.

Cancellation Policy

To cancel or reschedule, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance by calling us at 906-273-1330. Studio credit or a full refund minus credit card processing fees will be issued. For cancellations less than 24 hours in advance a 50% cancellation fee will be charged. "No shows": Staff will attempt to contact client using the email/phone number provided. If a client is not contactable the appointment will be cancelled and no refund will be issued. Late Arrival: We love to see you for your entire service time and work hard to give each client their full session time with attention and presence. Unfortunately, we cannot extend the service time if you arrive 10 or more minutes late. We have your service time booked for you and will provide you with an exemplary abbreviated service during your regularly scheduled time!
