Embodied Sensuality: Embracing the Passion Within Sensuality is the basis of feeling within our bodies, and the home of passion, sexuality, and aliveness. In this workshop, we will explore the multifaceted realms of sensuality, including how energy flows through our bodies, what it means to feel safe within ourselves, and how to awaken the healing power of pleasure within our beings. Sensuality has long been in the realm of taboo and shadow, and is often bound up with feelings of shame, fear, and a lack of worthiness or belonging. It is also the root of our creativity and sense of aliveness, and is an incredibly powerful source of healing. This is a femme workshop, and will involve a teaching section, meditation, journaling, reflection, guided movement, and the option to share if desired. We will explore how to build safety and connection within to reclaim a holistic sense of empowerment. Bring your own journal and writing utensil, water, something for the altar, and anything else you need to feel comfortable. Wearing something that makes you feel fantastic is encouraged!
