Not sure what Qigong is or if it fits into your wellness practice? Try a free class with us on May 29th at 5:30pm. We'll be starting a regular Qigong class in June! Qigong is an ancient Chinese practice involving simple movements, controlled breathing, and meditation to optimize the flow of qi (chi or energy) throughout the body. It is a very gentle practice and focuses on unconditional love, compassion, forgiveness, and gratitude for yourself and others. Olivia Hetzel is certified through Spring Forest Qigong, created by Master Chunyi Lin.
