Jessica Nicholas has been practicing massage therapy in Michigan and Wisconsin for the last 10 years. She began working in a chiropractic setting, providing her with extensive experience working with a variety of injury specific concerns. This naturally instilled a more clinical and deep tissue approach focused on relieving repetitive stress associated from prolonged pain and injury. Jessica’s work in Wisconsin began her studies in a spa setting, where she began to incorporate swedish and light tissue to her approach. Her broad training enabled her to create a fusion of various healing modalities, and an individualized approach to each session. As a practitioner, her work is grounded in intuition, offering her the ability to listen and cater to each of her clients' needs. Incorporating a blend of cupping therapy, hot synergy stones, PNF stretching, guided breathwork, deep compressions, myofascial release and trigger points, brings flow and uniqueness to each massage. Her extensive training brings variety and her centered, calm warm demeanor offers a safe place for healing.
