Rachel is a Certified Health Coach and Educator. Guided by a practical and always optimistic approach, Rachel helps clients improve their health, achieve their goals, and develop sustainable habits to live a healthy and balanced life. As a Health Coach, she helps clients master healthy habits that serve them for life and addresses any underlying issues that may be preventing them from following through with their goals.
Rachel holds a master's degree in public health and is a certified health coach. She loves calling Marquette home and spends her free time sailing with her husband, paddle boarding, camping, skiing, mountain biking, baking, and enjoying moments by Lake Superior.
