Kristen and you will discuss the understandings that you already have about your pelvic floor and body mechanics. We will address ways in which to build a healthier brain-body connection to this area of your body. Kristen will also discuss healthy body mechanics and practice techniques that you can incorporate into your daily life to help facilitate a healthy connection to your foundation. She will also briefly cover the energy and emotions that are connected to the pelvic floor as well as the hemispheres of the body and ways in which to facilitate balance in these areas. After setting this foundation Kristen will lead you in an asana practice that will give you and overall sense of relaxation and a deeper connection to your body.
