Abdominal Massage; Level 2

Service Description

This class invites massage practitioners who would like to expand their understanding of abdominal massage and take their practice to another level. Class includes: Brief review of techniques from Level I. Additional abdominal massage techniques to facilitate your therapy, ease, and confidence. Exploring the sen and meridian lines to understand how abdominal massage affects ailments elsewhere in the body and vice versa. Observing and diagnosing breathing patterns. Discussion of common abdominal pathologies and how they may be approached. Abdominal self-care techniques. Prerequisite: Prior abdominal massage training and practice, and familiarity with abdominal anatomy. The details: Class runs from 9am-5pm each day with an hour lunch break. You will receive 14 ceu's.
