At BeWell Marquette, we believe that the breath is not just a life force—it’s the gateway to healing, balance, and vitality. ✨ Breathwork with Kate is a transformative practice that helps you access your body’s full breath capacity, bringing movement to stagnant areas, healing to broken places, and peace to painful places. It’s more than just breathing—it’s a pathway to reconnect with yourself on a deeper level. In a 90-minute private session, Kate guides you through breath-focused techniques along with gentle movement and massage to help you access a full, connected breath. The goal is to transform every breath, every day so can function from a place where we get out of our own way and allow our breath to breathe us. During this powerful, hyper-metabolic state, you may experience new sensations or revisit old wounds, all with the intention of releasing what no longer serves you and optimizing your body’s ability to heal be resilient. Kate recommends a series of at least 3 sessions for lasting results, allowing you to re-train your breath and carry its benefits throughout your everyday life. Cancellation policy: Any cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance will be charged a $40 cancellation fee.

For cancellations less than 24 hours in advance a 50% cancellation fee will be charged. "No shows": Staff will attempt to contact client using the email/phone number provided. If a client is not contactable the appointment will be cancelled and no refund will be issued. Late Arrival: We love to see you for your entire service time and work hard to give each client their full session time with attention and presence. Unfortunately, we cannot extend the service time if you arrive 10 or more minutes late. We have your service time booked for you and will provide you with an exemplary abbreviated service during your regularly scheduled time!
