Service Description
A great way to heat up and chill out! Saunas boost the immune system by creating a 'false fever'. They also help the body detoxify, increase elasticity in the skin, lower blood pressure, and decrease pain and inflammation. Our sauna is made by HighTech Health. Recommended sessions of thirty minutes for the best results. Please know that the Infrared Sauna requires 30 minutes to heat up to the ideal starting temperature of 125-135 degrees Fahrenheit. You must book at least 1 hour before your desired booking time.
