Service Description
A great way to heat up and chill out! Saunas boost the immune system by creating a 'false fever'. They also help the body detoxify, increase elasticity in the skin, lower blood pressure, and decrease pain and inflammation. Our sauna is made by HighTech Health. Recommended sessions of thirty minutes for the best results. Please know that the Infrared Sauna requires 30 minutes to heat up to the ideal starting temperature of 125-135 degrees Fahrenheit. You must book at least 1 hour before your desired booking time. If you would like to book less than 1 hour in advance please call to see if it is possible. 1 person: $20 2 people: $25 3 people: $30 10-pack: $150 (available for online purchase under our "Prices & Memberships" tab)
Cancellation Policy
Cancelations at least 4 hours in advance of scheduled appointment will be refunded. Those less than 4 hours before appointment will not be refunded. Reschedules allowed within 4 hours of scheduled appointment.
