Integrative Fascial Therapy treats pain and tension patterns holistically. Thru structural assessment and movement evaluation, Kelsi creates an individualized treatment. The pressure of the treatment can be deep (Rolfing) or light (Cranial Sacral), depending on the tissue load and pliability. The work is characterized by long, slow holds partnering with breath as the vehicle for unwinding and remodeling. This whole body, whole being experience can literally shift how it FEELS to LIVE in YOUR SKIN. Fascia is the matrix of connective tissue that threads our body together. It is the home of our nervous system, muscles, bones and vital organs. As the scientific community learns more about this inner web, people are beginning to classify fascia as an organ. If you have chronic pain, nerve pain, thick, dense tissue, scar tissue, poor range of motion, whiplash, trauma, muscle spasms, alignment problems, thick, dense tissue or stagnant lymph and inflammation, this work is for you. Drawing from a decade practice and training with John Barnes Myofascial Release, Tom Myers Anatomy Trains Structural Integration, Active Release Therapy, Upledger Cranial Sacral Therapy, Christopher Ray Thai Massage, Infant Cranial Fascial Therapy, Yoga & Somatic Movement, Somatic Sound, Hakomi Somatic Psychotherapy and personal experience as a classically trained physical theater and film actor, Kelsi Zahl has over 20 years of embodied experience being in the room with a variety of bodies, conditions and personalities. Her work is a fusion of science and intuition. She empowers her clients to release their own tension and learn to take responsibility for how they feel in their skin.
