Service Description

Rest cocooned in a silk hammock as the soothing sounds of singing bowls bring your vibrations to a relaxed and meditative state. One of the inherent therapeutic qualities of sound is that it’s audible and tactile; you can hear it and feel it. Floating, suspended in the air, enhances the effect. This sensory experience will allow you to feel sound permeate your body in a gentle manner with healing and loving intentions. The goal of Sound Therapy or Sound Healing is to create a soundscape in which people can more easily enter this meditative state and allow the natural healing flow to occur on subtle levels. Lauren Moore combines sound vibrations from crystal and Tibetan singing bowls, vocal toning, and guided meditation to curate a healing experience. **There are options to either soak up the sound bath cocooned in silk hammocks: $30, or rest on a mat near the vibrations of the singing bowls: $20. **6 person maximum for silks, 4 person maximum for mats.
