Hello there! My name is Liv and I have been practicing yoga for six years. I received my 200-hr YTT in the summer of 2022. I am passionate about sharing yoga with those in my community and making it accessible for all bodies. I typically teach a slower paced Vinyasa class with aspects of Yin and a deep emphasis on moving with one's breath. I hope to evoke a sense of calm, focus, awareness and stability in both mind and body, one asana at a time.
